What is the status of my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Allow 1 to 3 business days for preparation, then 7 to 12 business days for delivery.

How to use the serum?

Morning and evening, on clean skin: 3-4 drops, gently massage, then apply your cream (and sun protection in the morning).

For what skin type?

All skin types, including sensitive. Light, non-sticky texture. If in doubt, perform a patch test on the inside of your elbow.

How to return a product?

Email us at contact@roselyna.com with your order number within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, an opened/unsealed product cannot be returned (unless defective). Details in our Refund Policy.
