Terms and Conditions of Sale — Roselyna

Article 1 — Purpose. These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern any order placed on roselyna.com, operated by Eddy Makhlouka, sole proprietorship ("the Seller"). Any order implies their full and unreserved acceptance. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the order.

Article 2 — Products. Skincare cosmetic products, described with the utmost accuracy. Photos/videos are not contractually binding. For external cosmetic use; they are not medicines and do not replace medical advice.

Article 3 — Price. In euros (€), including all taxes, excluding shipping costs (indicated before confirmation). Prices may be changed at any time; the applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Order. The sale is concluded after confirmation and collection of payment (a confirmation email is sent). We may refuse/cancel any abnormal or fraudulent order.

Article 5 — Payment. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Bancontact — secure connection.

Article 6 — Delivery. Preparation 1-3 business days; delivery 7-12 business days after shipment. Free from €50, otherwise costs displayed at checkout. Tracking by email. Indicative timeframes; no liability in the event of carrier delay or force majeure.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal (14 days). You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw, without reason (contact@roselyna.com). Product returned unused, unsealed, in its packaging. Return costs at your expense. Refund within 14 days after receipt/inspection. Hygiene: an unsealed cosmetic cannot be taken back (legal exception).

Article 8 — Warranties. Legal warranty of conformity and against hidden defects. Defective/non-conforming product: contact@roselyna.com.

Article 9 — Liability. Cosmetics: perform a patch test on the inner elbow before first use and check the composition in case of allergy. No liability in the event of improper use.

Article 10 — Data. Processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

Article 11 — Applicable law & disputes. These Terms are subject to Swiss law (the Seller's place of business), subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence (EU).
