Shipping policy

At Roselyna, every order is prepared with care.

Order processing: your orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times: allow 7 to 12 business days after shipment, depending on your destination (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and the rest of the European Union).

Shipping costs: shipping is free from €50 of purchase. Below that, costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking: a tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.
